Does any of this sound like what you’re going through? Then don’t wait until morning—give us a call right away.
It's not struggling. It's dead. A full loss of cooling means something major failed inside.
That's usually an electrical motor or wire overheating. Shut it off and call immediately.
A clogged drain or cracked pan can damage floors and walls fast. We'll stop the leak first.
No hum, no fan, nothing. That could be a failed capacitor, blown fuse, or dead compressor.
Those sounds mean bearings are gone or the fan blade is hitting something. Running it will cause more damage.
The system is pulling too many amps. Continuing to reset it could start an electrical fire.
An emergency repair isn’t a scheduled appointment where we show up whenever. It’s a race against the heat, and we treat it that way. When you call, we ask specific questions to understand what failed, grab the most likely parts for your system, and head straight to your door. We don’t send a rookie or a salesperson. You get an experienced technician who knows how to diagnose fast because every minute your home is without cooling matters.
Not every after-hours call is a true disaster, but we treat every one like it could be. We size our response based on what you tell us — a completely dead system in a house with young kids or elderly parents jumps to the front of the line. A strange noise that just started but still cooling might wait two hours instead of one. We ask the right questions so we send the right technician with the right parts the first time.
It’s not your job to figure out why your AC gave out on a Saturday night. We do the diagnostic work, track down the parts, make the repairs, and run all the necessary safety checks. After every emergency repair, we retest the whole system to catch any other potential failures. And when we’re done, we clean up, remove the broken parts, and clearly explain what failed, why it failed, and how you can stop it from happening next time.
Call now to speak with an HVAC expert and schedule free emergency repair estimate.
When your AC quits on a scorching afternoon, picking the right company can mean the difference between a cool night’s sleep and lying awake sweating. Here’s why we’re the first call our customers make.
We don't use automated dispatchers or call centers. When you call, you talk to someone local who understands Jurupa Valley summers and sends help immediately.
AC emergencies don't wait for Monday morning. Neither do we. Nights, Saturdays, Sundays — if your cooling dies, we come.
We tell you the emergency service fee before we drive out. The repair price is quoted separately once we diagnose. No meter running while we talk.
In an emergency, some companies patch things temporarily just to collect a check. We don't. We find the root cause and fix it so you're not calling again next week.
Posted on zamg63Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Armando and his crew are great. Very knowledgeable, professional, and easy to work with. They’re a small family-owned business that clearly takes pride in doing things the right way. They’ve come out to my place three different times for repairs and maintenance, and every time they were respectful, explained what they were doing, and followed through exactly on what they promised. As someone who helps run a small family business myself, I really appreciate the honesty and work ethic. In times like these, it’s important to support small local businesses. I highly recommend Armando and his crew if you need reliable HVAC service.Posted on Jennifer GerrityTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. How We Make a Hot Situation Feel Cool and Easy
We ask a few quick questions — what happened, what you hear, what you smell — so we bring the right parts. Then we head your way immediately. We come prepared to fix it right.
The moment we arrive, we go straight to your system, run our tests, and tell you exactly what failed and what it will cost to fix it. You'll know everything before we turn a wrench.
We carry common parts on the truck. If we have what you need, we fix it right then. If not, we find it same‑day and get your AC running before we leave.
We typically arrive within 60 to 90 minutes after your call, depending on where our team is located when you reach out. If we’re already in Jurupa Valley, we can often be there in under 45 minutes. We’ll give you a realistic arrival window before we hang up so you’re not waiting in the dark.
Turn your thermostat to “off” so the system stops trying to run and risking more damage. If you smell something burning, flip the breaker to your AC unit as well. Don’t try to fix anything yourself — just stay cool somewhere else in your home and leave the troubleshooting to us.
Yes, there’s an emergency dispatch fee that covers our travel and the initial diagnosis. That fee is quoted to you before we ever leave our shop. If you decide to move forward with the repair, we’ll apply part of that fee toward the final bill — you don’t pay twice.
Sometimes we can. We carry the most common failing parts on our truck — capacitors, contactors, fan motors, and thermostats. If your system needs something unusual, we’ll get it delivered same‑day if a local supplier has it. Worst case, we get your AC running temporarily and come back the next morning with the right part.
Emergency rates apply after hours, on weekends, and on holidays because we’re pulling technicians away from their families or off their scheduled days off. We’re completely transparent about that rate before you say yes to the call. There’s no hidden weekend surcharge added after the fact.
That depends on what broke and what the repair costs. We’ll be honest with you — if the repair is cheap, we’ll fix it and tell you to start saving for a replacement. If the repair costs nearly as much as a new unit, we’ll tell you that too. We don’t push repairs on dying systems just to make a quick emergency buck.
That happens sometimes — a frozen coil thaws, a tripped breaker gets reset, or a stuck contactor frees up. Call us as soon as it starts working so we can reroute our driver. We’ll still offer to come out and figure out why it failed temporarily so you don’t wake up to a dead system tomorrow morning.
If your home is above 80°F and climbing, or if you have infants, elderly family members, or anyone with medical conditions — call now. If you hear a strange noise but the air is still cold, you can probably wait until regular business hours. When in doubt, call us and describe what’s happening. We’ll tell you honestly whether it can wait.
A broken AC in the middle of a Jurupa Valley summer isn’t just uncomfortable it’s unsafe. We make the emergency process fast, honest, and as stress‑free as possible.
