As a owner off a commercial property I deal with issues all the time. In this particular problem multiple AC units were not working properly. In this heat, it's something you can't put off so we contacted modern comfort and air. An exceptional young man named Armando came out and did a thorough inspection of the air-conditioning unit's. He explained everything in detail, and answered all our questions, without hesitation and with confidence. It is very apparent that he knows what he's talking about and explained the best plan of taking care of our issues. So in closing I have to say that if you are wondering about the professionalism and knowledge of this company, you shouldn't, they were extremely professional and knowledgeable about everything at hand and we will be using them in the future. We had an ac unit in our building stop working, and needed an emergency repair. Armando was able to come out and diagnose the issue promptly. He discovered that the previous ac company never installed a filter, and replaced the capacitor/cleaned the coils. He was very honest and fair, and while it may not be the cheapest option out there, he knows what he is doing and will get everything up and running as soon as possible. He also was able to accommodate our schedule, and come out earlier to fix our system. Highly recommend this company to anyone in the area.

Armondo was very nice and respectful he has so much knowledge about our a/c unit and he fix are problem extremely fast his prices are extremely reasonable and fair and he explains everything to you in detail and give u multiple options I have looked at other place and he was definitely the best in my opinion and I would definitely recommend him to anybody that his having any problems with the a/c unite.

Armando came to the rescue to replace a rooftop unit that failed. He also reconfigured the connection manifold between the system and the ducts. A crane was necessary to place the new unit. He was very detailed and did the work quickly, which was appreciated because it was very hot in Hesperia. He provided before and after pictures. I highly recommend him for service calls or a complete system replacement. Price was very reasonable.
